Any ideas on how to repair a scratched whiteboard (dry erase board)?

Okay so my office just got a new 6x4 white board and while the maintenance guy was trying to hang it he DROPPED IT! Of course the boss told him it was okay, no problem. But now I need to find something to fix the 6 inch scratch he left in the middle of the board. Someone mentioned that there is a ';white-out'; type product that you can buy and paint over the scratch and that will fix it, but I cant find anything like that on any of the office supply sites. If anyone has any information on what I can use to fix this I would greatly appriciate it.
