an oppertunity has presented its self to me?

my friend and i use to work at this small country store on weekends. i am moving back into town and the owners mentioned that they are selling the store, i have had some time to think about it and think i may be interested in it. what do you think? when i was younger the store did great. after they bought it, it went down hill because they were from out of town. when my friend and i worked we were always buisy with old friends relitives and alot of townies. do you think i could bring it back to life? is it worth the risk?
