Anybody have a dayhome and have problems with parents?

I know you can't please everyone, but if there is a breech of a signed contract. Should I not mention it? Is it not in my right? The parents of the child I was looking after never disputed the excellent care. They're dispute was they could not follow the contract and did not appreciate me reminding them there is a contract. This business is difficult, because it's hard not to get personal. Which is why I put out the contract in the first place. Anybody have similar problems? It seems to me that the child should be the most important in this.
