Any pointers on starting an ebay consignment business?

I would like to open an ebay consignment business, because it is something I could do from home, with little/no start up fees, and have flexibility. If anyone has successfully opened such a business, or anyone who has helpful ideas & suggestions, I would love to hear what you have to say...
