A business which was taken over by other parties in a foreign land worth going to court for recovery?

I bought an struggling coffee shop from a hotel somewhere in Iran, and transformed it into a profitable business, after (all) the arrangement for needed permits was made with the Hotel owner, including the amount of all the payable balances by its former owner. few months of follow up about my permits coupled with anguish and anticipation, promises were not delivered for some lame excuses,the reason for the take over was that I became an illegal alien in just less than 24 hours after I decided to attend my daughter's 2nd b. day. suddenly, cases popping after another such as, playing music ';inside';, having female customer ';inside'; my coffee shop, and being friendly to customers male or females which they says offensive to the iranian government. and the worst was that, I suddenly owe them money, all was brought after the coffee shop was making significant amount of profit during my management. ultimately, I was stripped all of my equipments which was purchased by my own money...
