(Copyright Question) Is it ok to take a picture from google and use it on your website?

I have a business website getting set up, and I will be using random pictures as use of icons.



If I find it on google image, can I just take the photo, post it on my website as an icon link, without saying any source or whom I got ';stole'; the picture from?
